This client wanted a Cancun party. Details! and Florabunda developed a tropical theme event complete with a sailboat used as a beer bar.

The entire venue was covered in 20 tons of beach sand and dark coconut fiber mulch. The buffet table consisted of a boat dock and scattered carts covered in colorful linens and burlaps.

The room was illuminated with indirect stage fixtures and warm, colored up-washes. Candles and torches added to the warm lighting.

The event was held during a snowstorm and was such a hit that a local TV meteorologist broadcast live from the tropical scene.
